"Let me start this review by simply stating that Tridel Construction is absolutely awesome. My mother-in-law was in need of converting her master bathtub to a walk-in shower. We called a number of general contractors for estimates and Tridel was the most responsive. Andy Z., a Tridel Construction Project Manager, did the initial estimate. He was professional, attentive and helpful, listening to our list of wants for the project. After our initial appointment, Andy had the estimate completed within 24 hours. My mother-in-law decided on Tridel Construction, so Andy returned with the required paperwork and patiently explained everything to us. The project started exactly on schedule. The Tridel employees who arrived to demolish and remove the master bathtub were meticulous. They left the house spotless after they left. After removing the master bathtub, it was discovered that during the initial construction some 20+ years ago, the contractor ran the HVAC/air conditioning lines under the bathtub. Unfortunately, the lines had to be relocated before the project could continue. Andy Z. coordinated this repair with the HVAC company Tridel contracts with. Once that was completed, the remodeling continued. Each work day, Tridel personnel arrived early. Andy Z. was on-site every day as was one of their field supervisors. All of Tridel s employees were a pleasure to work with. During the project, Andy Z. had a personal matter arise and Arsen S. filled in as our Project Manager. He was as efficient, polite, and responsive as Andy Z. Tridel finished the project in the approximated time period, not including the delay caused by the HVAC issue. The completed remodel is absolutely stunning! Tridel converted the master bathtub into a walk-in, door less shower, with tiled floors and walls, and a shampoo niche. The craftsmanship of all their employees was beyond belief. During my 60+ years on this earth, I have had the opportunity to deal with a lot of different contractors and tradesmen. I can honestly tell you that Tridel is the only general contractor I will use for any of my future projects and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
