Tharp was by far the best estimate of the three we were given. Dave was very professional and patient (I asked a lot of questions) and worked fast to get our old fence torn down and our new fence put up. Our new fence looks amazing! I would definitely recommend him to any and all of my friends and family!"

"They came the same day I contacted them. Started my project the next day and finished it the next day. 3 days and I had my guest bathroom tiled and ready for use. Very happy with them and will certainly call them again for any repair work that needs to be done. Everyone was polite, friendly and efficient. "I have been employing American Residential Construction for over four years. Mr. Hodges and his team have completely remodeled my home in Euless. Inside and out. Ask them for photos. Bathroom and kitchen remodel. All flooring . Fences. Ect. We then had them at our buildings . Welding a loft in our office for formal functions. Very elaborate. Plumbing electrical painting and they did an awesome cave shower at our Dallas office. Then I sent them 2 x to Galveston to work on my beach house. Major framing and flooring. Chandeliers redoing the electrical panel and basically everything. They are honest. They have worked for us for 2 years non stop ..on multiple properties... .every day. Their team is $750 a day. This sounds high however bid work is astronomical in comparison. Mr. Hodges runs a small crew. Dependable. Honest and reasonable. We offered them permanent positions with our company. He declined . He has stage 4 bone cancer and I get it. He likes his freedom We will keep them busy as long as we keep buying buildings to remodel. His concrete work is also a skill he has done for us. He and his team are like family. You can not find a better contractor. I would highly recommend."

"I am not one to rate so highly, but Steve and his team were awesome from the start. The job was a big one, (whole house texture and paint with multiple sheetrock repairs. Miguel his team leader was communicative, efficient and eager to please by correcting issues swiftly, and even offering to repaint a room for us as we had told them the wrong color. They were willing to work around my door crew and finished as quickly as they said they would. Texture looks great, the whole house looks completely different. Thank you guys!!"

"We had a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, screen replacement, as well as sheetrock repair, replacement, and repair done on the interior. Roof replacement included new roof vents and flashing. The work was done due to a bad hailstorm. Ivan was very customer-focused and responsive. The quality of the work is great. When two small leaks occurred at two points of flashing Ivan was out on Saturday with a workman to fix the issue. (This is a common issue with new roofs.) He came on Saturday after we notified him late Friday afternoon and after we told him the leaks were small and not causing damage inside. After the gutters were replaced touch-up painting was done on eaves. The gutter work even improved the drainage system; a downspout was moved and a drain pan was improved by the front door so water no longer cascades on the porch when it rains. For the interior work, the workmen draped the area so that floors, cabinets, and furniture were protected. Clean-up was thorough inside and out. Everything looks great! Ivan is efficient. He sends calendar invites so that you know when the different aspects of the work will be done. When Ivan says the work will start at 7:00 a.m. it definitely does. Our repairs were challenging as Ivan and his crew worked around the recent rains. Our roof insatll was delayed a day due to rain. The gutter workers came back several times to finish the work as touch-up painting and caulking cannot be done in the rain. Ivan also texts and calls to ensure that you know what is occurring and to respond to questions or concerns. Ivan did a walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. His quotes are clear and detailed. Pricing is fair. We would definitely hire New Elite Roof again! We would recommend them!"

"Project: Landscaping, Pool Coping, Concrete Pool Overlay and Fence Staining A great company from start to finish! Alex and the team are awesome, diligent to the task, hard workers and will provide you with a wonderful and satisfying product. Alex and the team are very friendly and professional. We hired THG Lawn & Landscaping to update my shabby and out of date backyard pool area and patio deck. The work entailed removing old tree plants and stump, cleaning out the surrounding pool area and installing decomposed granite â  GORGEOUS! The work also entailed coping replacement of my pool and installation of a concrete overlay and sealant on my pool deck â  BEAUTIFUL!! I was provided a quote on site and was provide detail answers to all of my questions. We did make some revisions to the project based on availability of material, but overall, the work stuck close to the quote. Work began and was completed within 3 weeks of the start; the work was done during the hot Texas summer, but the work was still done and complete on time â  the workers were amazing. Alex kept me informed of progress along the way, and I received a beautiful backyard pool area. We have received many compliments on the pool and patio area. I enjoy my pool and patio area so much now and just bask on it in the morning times with my morning coffee. "I filled out their form online and the next morning Jordan Hulcy, a co-owner with the company, responded to me via text. He asked a few questions and was ready to get us on his schedule for a free in-person visit to find out what we wanted to do and provide a same-day bid. I had t text Jordan with some questions to get clarification on some of the language in our project agreement/contract. He responded to me the same day. Jordan was very transparent with us about the process including the materials used. To get on the schedule, we paid 50% of our contracted total. Jordan immediately reached out to us to schedule the Engineer to come out. This was done around our schedule which we really appreciated. The same day the Engineer came out with Jordan, our project plan was finalized, and our wall removal project was scheduled for the next Tuesday. On Tuesday morning the crew was scheduled to start at 7:30am. They began arriving about 7:00am to unload their lumber in their staging area in our front yard along with delivery of the trash trailer so they could clean up during and after the project. Promptly at 7:30am, Jordan walked up with his crew and introduced everyone. He walked them through the project area briefing them on the specifics. We had a big project, removing a total of two walls and a foyer doorway to open our living/family room to the foyer and kitchen areas. Kudos not only to Jordan, but his crew leader Trey, and team members Zach, Danny, Paco, and Jose. They worked diligently all day for two days making sure to clean up after themselves. We are thrilled with the results and recommend Load Bearing Beam Masters."
