"NJR in general and Austin in particular were great. For some unknown reason, there were not gutters on the top level of my roof, which caused icy water to drip down one's neck while unlocking the back door. Austin came over with a quote, and was polite and friendly. His crew forgot to add an extension to one of my downspouts, and when I texted Austin to tell him, he responded very quickly to say he would come over personally to finish the work, which he did two days later. He then took a photo and texted it to me (I was at work). So yes, not flawless, but when they realized their mistake, they made it right. Looking forward to winter to take the new gutters for a spin."
