Other contractors were saying they would call back with a schedule. I also informed him that the baseboards were poorly installed and asked him to address that. After that was done the baseboards look really nice and tight against the sheetrock and there are no gaps between them and the wall with the caulking that he did. Yes, I would hire Ryan again for other projects."

"Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. They were very professional and organized- they gave us a quote and clearly communicated what the plan would look like from beginning to end.
