"The attic stairs to our 1955 Home would no longer work. After calling over 30 companies, we found Alberto Acevedo's Magno's Construction. He came over with the idea of determining the type of replacement stairs needed. However, after analyzing the situation, he asked us if we would consider his fixing the stairs instead of replacing them. We were thrilled with this option since we had been told our home was too old to fix the issues. He arrived today and had the job completed in about 2 hours. He showed me how to pull the stairs down and then put the stairs back up since my husband is not able to do this anymore. His fee was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we had received. He was easy to work with; listened carefully to our needs; and provided an excellent job. We know we will be using him again in the future. We are proud to recommend him as an excellent contractor."

"Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. We first thought of hiring a handyman to do all of these jobs and had a few come out but we were not impressed by their professionalism, leaving us to doubt their abilities to perform the needed repairs adequately. They were very professional and organized- they gave us a quote and clearly communicated what the plan would look like from beginning to end. They suggested modifications that were minor fixes but made the layout make more sense in terms of placement. Their crew finished a day ahead of schedule.
