"I put an addition onto my home. I am not a GC but decided to take on the role as an owner builder ( I do not recommend for the faint of heart). The assistance and guidance I received from Cueto Engineering allowed me to progress through my project extremely well. I subcontracted some MEP work to be done in the addition through Cueto Engineering and could not have be more pleased with the professionalism and high standard set by Cueto engineering as well as the subcontractor. "Patience, care, sincerity - priceless! For these reasons I rate value for the money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marco is not cheap. But he is fair. No surprises, no stress, no disappearances. I had been renovating this condo 2 1/2 years by the time I met Marco. And it had been hell. Over the past year Marco has removed and replaced drywall and heavy marble wall tiles where electrical and plumbing by others was done incorrectly, installed beautiful glass pocket doors where between the original GC and glass supplier it was as if the right hand didn't know what the left was doing, and corrected a litany of careless work from paint splattered on windows and frames to Legrand soft touch light switches burnt out by faulty wiring . While it is always best as an owner to be on-site and available, let me say that Marco would make that approach more valuable than ever. He likes nothing more than to interact with the owner, think things out carefully before starting , sometimes get creative, and be patient. Do NOT expect him to fly through a job just in time for the holidays. Or just to get paid. Be prepared to be patient yourself, and not because he doesn't show up - he always does - but because five star completion is just as important to Marco as it is to his client. By the way now, I myself do not equate "five star" to perfection. There is no such thing, but enough with philosophy. It is work done as well as acompetent, honest, and punctual person can reasonably be expected to do it. That is what I have finally received, here in Miami, at last."
