He is very competent in all these areas. He is on my speed dial for all future needs. His pricing is low in my opinion."

"I had an appointment scheduled with Josh because water had been standing in my dishwasher when I ran it. The afternoon before this appointment water started pouring out from underneath my kitchen sink. Not knowing how to stop the water I called Pointe Appliance and they had Josh get in touch with me. Even though it was after hours and he was an hour away he arrived in a timely manner and immediately identified the problem. The issue was actually the garbage disposal that had recently been installed incorrectly. Josh was informative, kind, and helpful even cleaning up the water on my kitchen floor. Within an hour this company contacted me and within another hour a repairman was working on my unit. The repairs were completed within about two hours. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. Gabriel, the young repairman, was very thoughtful friendly and concerned for my welfare as I am an elderly cancer patient on a walker. Because I was unable to prepare the unit and its surroundings before his arrival, he had to work hard before he could begin his repairs. Without complaint he did what was necessary to gain access to the unit and efficiently repair it. I highly recommend this company and will use it the next time an appliance tries to commit appliancecide."
