"Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way.
