"Vinny and his team were a pleasure to work with! I've done many renovations before and they were a nightmare, NOT this time! His knowledge and confidence got me from the beginning, everything went smooth and the price was very fair! Would definitely recommend him! Work done: Kitchen, Guest Bath and Floors"

"Mike Odum is an experienced professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, resourceful, honest and a gentlemen. All the members of his team and his subcontractors also matched his qualities. Odum Construction took on a challenging renovation of a 1,200 square foot, 45 year old condo, including tile flooring throughout, replacing the kitchen and two full baths, including cabinets, quartz countertops, lighting, frameless shower doors, rewiring, reconfiguring and updating closets and adding a washer/dryer inside the unit. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We live out of state but we were constantly consulted via phone, text and pictures. We highly recommend Odum Construction."

Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
