"Robert went above and beyond installing our water heater. Robert tied the cooper cold and hot water pipes to a 2 x 4 so they won't rattle and when water begins to flow. He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater. Overall, Robert takes his time to make sure that the install is done all up to code."

"I decided to go with this company due to the multiple positive reviews I saw. Jason was one name I saw from the reviews and I was fortunate enough to have him service by needs. I needed a new water heater. Jason really lived up to his and the company's reputation. He was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough, and always provided service with a smile. he took the time to explain what needed to be done, the pros and cons, etc. I had also inquired about a hot tankless system which he also took the time to go over. Overall, I could not be happier with the work that was done. Jason and his partner took the time to inspect my home to ensure everything was in working order before they left. More importantly, they left my garage spotless just like when they first arrived. I would highly recommend Hedrick and Young plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs. I am so thankful to other people have taken the time to share their experiences. As you can imagine, there are so many companies out there. Often times it's just a shot in the dark.
