Most people come in your home for 10 mins and then try to sell you a new system, not Rick. He can set you up with a new one, but he can also pull out all his knowledge and work on your older unit. But, my favorite thing about Rick is how kind he is. Not only did he fix my unit, he also taught me some tricks of the trade to keep it running on my own and not needing to call and pay him for something I can do. What a saint!!!
