"Very impressive work, ... the shower bench tiles i needed to be replaced had actually been installed at an angle that allowed water to pool in the back -- the team actual realigned the tiles so they slanted downward to allow for proper drainage and added beveling to the grout for a better look and all-around improvement in addition to merely repairing the loose grout. They also called immediately after I sent an email inquiry and were able to complete the job within days at a reasonable cost. All in all, I can't imagine a smoother, better transaction.
