He was was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. He checked in with me as he was getting ready to wrap up and asked me to take a careful look to make sure that everything looked great. "My sales consultant Ken was very nice, and answered all my questions. The quote I received was accurate and competitive with other quotes. I appreciated Kens honesty regarding my roof replacement. Other companies told me I would need every piece of plywood on my roof replaced (before they even took off the shingles) but Ken said he did not think that would be the case and he was correct I only needed one board replaced, this saved me over $2000. If anything I would only have one small negative regarding Home0-Kim. While Ken was great I found it a little difficult to understand and work with the people who answered the main Home-Kim phone number (they did not seem to be native English speakers), they were polite however and gave me Kens phone number instead so I could speak with him. I would recommend them to others looking for roof repair or replacement."
