He installed 900 SF of Cortec luxury vinyl plank flooring in our basement and kitchen and 500 SF of carpet in our hallway, stairs and two bedrooms. His work was ultra-professional, fast and at a good price. He worked a miracle in our basement! He installed the vinyl floor over a 95-year-old concrete floor that needed some old tile scraped off in some areas. He spent a day leveling the low spots with concrete. He completed the carpeting in the bedrooms, stairs and hallway AND the kitchen vinyl floor in four hours! We now have “new” old house because of Toski’s work. "Pavlo did a great job framing and installing attic stairs (pull down) in my garage ceiling. He was very careful cutting out the Sheetrock, which was good because we needed to recut new openings once we saw which way the joists went. He had to put it back which he did very cleanly. He built the box perfectly and the unit went in snugly the first time. Pavlo is great to work with, hes on time, works hard and is a very nice guy. He is sincere and earnest, and trustworthy."
