JHF LLC did a wonderful, conscientious job you would expect from a skilled craftsman who knows how to do a job right. The result was an amazingly beautiful restoration of a 78 y/o oak floor! All along the process Luis kept in communication regarding his estimate, schedule, and each step of the process. He made some great recommendations and was always willing to listen to our concerns. After the project was completed, we felt confident in securing him right on the spot to take on another project. Unlike some bigger outfits that employ several crews to do the work, JHF is literally a â  Mom & Popâ  operation and his name and pride is on every aspect of his workâ ¦from the first phone call to the last handshake after everything was complete and thoroughly cleaned up. His pride in his work is evident. I donâ  t know how you could ask for better workmanship and service from a very cordial and honest professional.

Juniors hardwood did an excellent job. Our hardwood floors were really worn down and Luis made them look like new again. I would highly recommend.

Did very good work

The work provided was excellent. Luis was thoughtful, careful, and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend him. He stripped off the painted floors, sanded and finished the floors. He provided color samples for the stain to be used and offered timelines of how long to wait before using the room upon completion. He removed all trash and left our home very neat and clean. I could not be more pleased.

Provided an appointment and left me waiting all day. Extremely poor communications. NEVER showed up. Had to hire another company.

Amazing and fair service

Luis and Jenny, their Team did an exceptional job. This is a family owned business with great work ethic and professionalim, and kindness. They kept their word and completed my floors on time. I will definitely hire them again, They got the job right the first time.

I have a older 55 year old house built into the side of a canyon in the foothills of the mountains west of Denver. When I bought the house 15 years ago the previous owner had done a floor repair that was of very poor quality. Luis came to inspect the next day and offered me his view on how to do this repair, and even sat on his phone and called 2 suppliers until he found the same flooring that matched what I had. He also told me the match would be close, but not at 100%, unless he did the entire first floor, but over time it would come closer to the rest of the floor. He also looked at a small 120 sq. ft. deck I have off the living room, that needed either new deck coating over wood that was coming up. Luis gave me a fair quote, and came the following week to do the work, all in 1 day. It was all well above expectations. The floor repair is really above 95% match, and just looks great. I think it will be unnoticeable to almost everyone, but me. The deck refinish- Luis suggested that the wood planks on the deck were of very high quality, and if we sanded them down, and put on a clear coat it would look perfect. The results were just stunning, and greatly enhanced the beauty of the deck. I can't believe what a perfect job they did on this old deck. On time, on budget, and great communication on the project. This is who I will use for any of this work going forward.

Very professional a bit pricey but definitely worth it family business. In time with no hassle. Great job !!
