We were left scrambling after a bad floor tile job (from a big box company that shall not be named). Brian stepped up immediately after reading our Home Advisor submission (when no one else did). "MCRM was a pleasure to work with. I hired MCRM to assess, disassemble and reinstall roughly 200â of vinyl fence recently installed by another company. The previous install was not plumb, level or installed per the fence manufacturers guidelines, thereby jeopardizing any future warranty work. Mark explained what needed done and provided a tiered proposal based on additional items uncovered during the disassembly. Communication was clear, the job site was left in a secure and neat condition each day and I had a clear understanding of scheduling. "The handyman was very friendly and honest. He started with replacing the cartridge in the old faucet. Then he found out the old faucet was too old to replace. He and I went to the home depot and I bought a faucet. He installed the new faucet with the same amount of money that he quoted me for. I really appreciated what this company did me. That is reasonable priced service."
