However more importantly to me was that he offered to go out and spend an hour taking pictures of everything that was wrong to show me since I did not live in the property exactly what needed to be repaired. No one else offered to do this. He also said let me see if I really have to replace the whole unit or if I can replace parts. After seeing the pictures there was no doubt the whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. That extra hour of time to go back and take all the pictures really won me over. So I called them Saturday evening and someone came the next morning, great customer service line and very efficient. They gave me detailed information on whoâ s coming and when. The gentleman that came (Danny) has wonderful Customer service and is extremely helpful. He gave me advice on what to look for in the future to prevent any electrical fires.
