"Arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed failing cold water valve in washer and provided price to replace. Came back the next day and replaced both hot and cold valves for the originally quoted price. His concern was that if one valve was failing the other might be close behind. Oh, and the repair is guaranteed for four years! I highly recommend this company!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this company. Best Buy left us hanging on an installation and I'm glad they did because I ended going with Pointe Appliance. Josh and Chelsea were incredible! They not only bailed me out in terms of scheduling the installation ASAP, but when it turned out that some of the installation parts were missing, Josh was able to make the installation happen. Not only happen, but happen correctly and professionally. In our case, we had a Bosch dishwasher and the fact that Josh has been a Bosch repair tech for 8 years meant that he had Bosch parts in his truck. (I suspect he has parts for every brand in his truck; he's that good.) Great people, exceptional quality workmanship and fair prices. They are now my 1st call go-to company for all things appliance."
