"After waiting nearly a year for a contractor to start our job we finally gave up and scrambled to find someone else. We needed our family room completely gutted and rebuilt before Thanksgiving. We met with 3 different companies and settled on Modern Habitat after meeting with Kip Schultz and Bob Dillon for quite some time. They were professional, listened to our needs and concerns, made helpful suggestions and came back with a very reasonable estimate. They showed up daily, kept in constant contact with us both verbally and by email, and consulted us for any changes every step of the way.
