"Due to the failure of the assigned employee to show up and a late delay in getting a replacement, our project was delayed a day. Since it was over a 100 degrees this made conditions very unpleasant for us, especially as my wife suffers from a condition exacerbated by the heat. That said, once an employee did arrive in the late afternoon, the project went ahead full speed. Shane and his assistant did an excellent job installing the new HVAC system and we now, once again have a comfortable home. As a plus, we were advised the builder had short changed us by having the incorrect unit installed. We should have had a 5 ton and instead we had a 4 ton unit. Evidently this not uncommon as the builder of our prior home did the same. Mark, the project manager for the company said our unit should have lasted 5 more years and it’s possible it’s inadequate size caused it to fail early due to the strain put upon it. We now have the correct size. We must thank Mark for his attention to detail and his efforts to have the owner give us a discount for the delay in installation. We were advised that first employee no longer works for the company so we can recommend this pro without reservation."
