"Prior to consulting with Andrei (Marino Flooring) to resurface our hardwood floor, I had other consultations with two more companies/contractors. During the first meeting with Marino Flooring I was immediately impressed by Andrei's professional attitude and kind availability to answer all the questions I had. In addition, he was the only one, among the three I consulted with, to make certain recommendations that turned out extremely useful later. He was also willing to resurface the hand railings and the stair steps, something that only one of the two other companies was willing to do (it's very elaborate and time consuming to dismantle the railings, remove each baluster to resurface and stain in between, and rebuild it afterward). Thus, it was easy to hire him for the job. And I was not wrong! In fact, from day 0 (meaning, prior to starting) Andrei was always available and came to the house two times to paint some color samples on the floor. Even when, the same day he was going to start working/painting, we told him that we were still undecided and that we would have liked to look at an additional paint/color, Andrei kindly prepared the floor for the additional sampling. Throughout the work, it was also very easy to communicate with him. He always answered any questions by immediately replying to my txt messages. Two cherries on the cake: 1) the floors and the stairs came out simply beautiful. We are extremely satisfied with the results; 2) his pricing was competitive. Highly recommended (and a friend of mine has already hire him!)."
