"We reached out to Brian on a Sunday morning and he responded within 30 minutes. That initial encounter was representative of all of our dealings with him. He is responsive and professional. There was a slight delay with a supplier, the effects of which were communicated promptly and the schedule revised. Heâ s clean and tidy with his work and pays great attention to detail. "When we contacted Home Advisors, they very fortunately connected us with Cecy Gillen Designs. We had two projects: repair/update a bathroom; replace a Greenhouse. Cecy most efficiently and pleasantly managed all the needs for the bathroom which included electrician, tile and tub grouters, painters. She constantly kept us informed of when a contractor would be working, Regarding the Greenhouse, she created beautiful design possibilities to include converting to a porch, sunroom, or retractable awning. Although we havenâ t decided upon the replacement direction, we know we will contact her when we are ready. We feel any project she attempts she does with great research and care."
