That peace of mind meant more than I can express. The work itself is beautiful. The craftsmanship is clean, the design is thoughtful and functional, and the entire process felt easy and non-invasive, which is rare with home renovations. We completely gutted and remodeled two upstairs bathrooms and relocated our laundry units upstairs, and the bathrooms are now my favorite rooms in the house. Pricing was tremendously fair and transparent, communication was clear throughout, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly grateful to Joseph and the entire AJC team and fully intend to call them again when we are ready for future projects. I could not be happier with how everything went. Quality result with Shawn proactive in dealing the details, any nits or fixes, while consistently maintaining positive attitude, well directed teams, and clean safe work site. Having documented blueprints and plans clearly helped with daily 'stand-up' and 'stand down' conversations to confirm progress, immediate plans, and what to expect in the next few days. Any adjustments, fixes, or nits raised were acknowledge with a positive attitude and addressed quickly and to our level of satisfaction. The East End Designs team collaborated well with other professional trades (eg, electricians, pool fitters, plumber, hot tub installers, painters, etc.) where there was a focus on together getting the best outcome. With East End Designs, things can move fast so I recommend being present or having an architect or project manager do so."
