Shawn and the crew tended to our every need with precision and detail. A superb job! We had basement repairs, LR/DR repairs and a full kitchen remodel. We were nervous about the kitchen but Shawn, Manny the PM, Carlos the electrician, Ray the cabinet master, & the rest of the crew were extremely accommodating and paid attention to every detail. The kitchen came out amazing along with the rest of the house. Some contractors cut corners , we’ve experienced it, but East End really does quality work. 5 stars for sure. Thank you guys!

Our 3rd or 4th project with East End Designs. I lose count. Extensive deck refurbishment, hot tub installation, and whole timber replacement with prime mahogany. Quality result with Shawn proactive in dealing the details, any nits or fixes, while consistently maintaining positive attitude, well directed teams, and clean safe work site. Having documented blueprints and plans clearly helped with daily 'stand-up' and 'stand down' conversations to confirm progress, immediate plans, and what to expect in the next few days. Any adjustments, fixes, or nits raised were acknowledge with a positive attitude and addressed quickly and to our level of satisfaction. The East End Designs team collaborated well with other professional trades (eg, electricians, pool fitters, plumber, hot tub installers, painters, etc.) where there was a focus on together getting the best outcome. With East End Designs, things can move fast so I recommend being present or having an architect or project manager do so.

Unfortunately, my home burned down. I met with several builders a nd contractors before making my final decision. I selected East End Designs because they showed professionalism and compassion from our first meeting and throughout the rebuild process. Everyone in the company was very professional. Whenever I had a problem everyone responded in a timely manner. If they did not have the answer they got back to me quickly. East End Designs handled everything and they were excellent with the follow-up. They handled the clean up and every aspect that needed to be handled. I would rate them a 10 plus,plus,plus.....and l would highly recommend them. Ofcourse if l ever needed l would select them. Shaun the owner of the company is a great, honest, kind and friendly guy as is all of his staff.

We were looking for a contractor who would share my wifes “expensive” design taste and ideas and who also had knowledge of the latest trends. Once we found Shawn and his crew we were blown away and when you see the pictures that I upload there will be no questions as to why. Its so difficult to find someone that you can trust with your project from start to finish but we have found that in east end design and now consider him abd his crew friends. The one thing that I tell people is that he is the type of contractor that never says “that can’t be done”. He always finds a way to meet the demand and exceed expectations in any project. Oh yea, and we gave him 2 weeks as a deadline for our opening and he delivered!!

Shawn and his guys were phenomenal! They made our thoughts become reality. Designed and built a customer built in and fire place mantle that was the center of attention this holiday season! They are starting my basement next week! Can’t wait! Highly recommend East End Design to everyone.

I have used East End for 3 major home projects, Pool House Build Remodel of 2nd floor of home And the latest a fully renovated basement Each project has exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier.
