We had been researching and talking to contractors for about a year when we finally decided to go with him and I'm glad we did. He doesn't push for unnecessary extras or sell you anything you don't need. He is very professional, punctual and responsive, from beginning to end, any unexpected modifications throughout the project, he done it well and effectively! He also cleaned up the area every day which you never feel messy during the construction. He pays every details of his work and completed the construction with quality results. "My first thought is that Colin was very easy to speak with and easy to work with. If you do not want to find a plumber, a carpenter, an electrician, flooring peolpe, etc. etc. etc. all seperately and all on your own, than Colin is the guy to see. He has his own people and co-oridinates everything himself. We spoke with 2 other people thru ServiceMagic and they were much more in cost than what Colin charged. One was a flake and never got back to us. We plan on calling Colin again when it is time for us to redo our kitchen."

"The team did a great job. They replaced a concrete walkway in the front of my house with pavers, installed a terraced paver patio in the backyard, and regraded half my backyard. The guys worked constantly and past dark every day, and they finished faster than I expected. The quality of the work is top notch.
