The estimates were extreme for the poor quality of materials. We were frustrated not knowing who to trust or being upsold or steered away from our vision of our bathroom. Our hard work paid off when we were connected to Alison Hawks and Eric with Premier Home Pros. Alison is their Sr. Design Consultant and Mktg. Mgr. Eric was meticulous at the prep work & measurements needed for our estimate from Alison. We had someone who listened, got to know us, followed what we wanted, met our timetable & most importantly... understood our budget. Alison & I clicked right away.
