"We worked with Claudiu and his crew to refine the design of and build a bike shed in our backyard attached to an existing pergola. We provided a rough sketch of the concept and design and Claudiu asked thoughtful questions and provided helpful insights to help us think through the design to ensure feasibility while maintaining our desired aesthetic. The team was flexible and adjusted plans as needed, including undoing some work to add rodent-proofing. Claudiu was responsive and was in frequent contact to provide updates and ensure that I was involved in any design decisions as the work evolved. The result was better than we imagined! Claudiu's team was great to work with and would work with them again in a heartbeat."

"Company was great to work with and finished the job within 2 weeks. It was great to have Owens manage the whole project from start to finish including plumbing, electrical, and construction. The main contractor was friendly and they kept the site very clean each. The wall technology is great and I already had to put it to use by removing the panel by my water meter so the Town could replace it. The entire wall system snapped right back into place and still looks new after the water meter work. Great concept."

"I worked with Sean and his team on a large basement renovation as well as a few smaller projects throughout my clientâ s home. I found him to be professional, reliable, respectful and extremely competent in completing the project. We were especially appreciative of how inventive the team was while trying to combat specific issues we ran into. We had a set timeline and everyone did a great job ensuring things were organized and ran according to schedule. I highly recommend Sean and his team for any home renovation project! My client was beyond happy with the service provided."

"We hired George and his team for a recent kitchen renovation and are very pleased with the results. George and his team are professional and courteous, and did a great job with every aspect of the renovation. The renovation was fairly extensive and involved the demolition of a wall, installation of cabinets, electrical/plumbing, flooring and painting. While the project took a little longer than we anticipated, we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product."

Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
