When we decided to remodel the upper level in 2023 we used Imperial again and they were able to match our lower level custom flooring exactly amd also complete a custom staircase refinish and install of custom stair rails and ballisters. When they were finishing the final touches on the stairs Matt the owner asked what were our next big projects for the house amd we were in the market to have someone refinish the upstairs bathroom and he was able to hit a homerun and made a huge transformation of a 1970's bathroom to a modern showpiece. Besides installing an interior door, they painted my front door, and repaired two bifold closet doors. They were able to repair rather than replace the tracking on the bifold doors and adjusted the cost accordingly. They also rekeyed all of my outdoor locks so that they matched; so that I only need one key to enter my house. They cleaned up after each day on the job.
