The Carpet Guys came to our new home the day we closed and brought the store to me - they measured and we had carpet installed the very next day and laminate vinyl flooring the following week. It was amazing to see the transformation of the rooms and we love the look. He measured, showed us the most popular products, helped us chose the right color and style and we had the carpet installed all within 48 hours. I called to ask a few questions the morning of installation and Jennifer assisted me. She was able to put my mind at ease and assured me they would take the old carpet and haul it away at no extra charge.
