He called me when he was en route, arrived in a timely manner, evaluated and explained the needed repairs, and completed the job in about a half-hour. We hired Mr. Davis to repair a very tall chimney. His crew arrived on a Friday, after completing another job, and they worked to 6 pm to do ours. They were hardworking, very nice and in-touch with Mr. Davis throughout the job. In addition, they waterproofed the chimney and gave us a 10-year warranty. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
