RJ was very thorough putting together the bid, bringing in all his subs to check out the job to ensure a fair and accurate bid. No surprises. Where they could have put transitions at the doors, they trimmed the flooring precisely to leave a clean line. If RJ, Austin, or any of the subcontractors noticed anything awry or not considered on my part, they promptly let me know and offered solutions to accommodate or correct.
