"This is my first roof replacement, a task that I have been dreading ever since a roofing representative drove by and asked if I was interested in having it replaced more than 6 years ago. Since then I have had more than a dozen others mention that it is time to replace my 22 year old roof. I obtained 6 estimates and found that IBEX roofing was by far the best value. Every phase of the process with IBEX was made painless by the knowledgeable and helpful employees, ranging from my estimator, the support staff in the office, the foreman on site, and his crew. They brought the project in on time and under the planned budget. The work crew took it upon themselves to add some flashing to a facia board that I had to have replaced as water had caused it to rot out, even though this was not included in the estimate. In addition, the foreman noticed the flashing they had for the fireplace was not going to provide the best water barrier so he secured the existing flashing and ordered a more expensive flashing to be installed. Since we did not know for certain how many sheets of plywood would be needed to make repairs until after the shingles were removed, they provided a credit from the original bid for the unused pieces of plywood. I cannot recommend them any stronger. If you do the homework like I did, you will find that they are the best value out their."

I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well.
