He was so detailed in his explanations, had an immense amount of patience to explain things to me. He gave me options and his recommendations on what to do and I never felt like he tried to upsell me on anything that was unnecessary. In addition, when we recently had a bomb cyclone and my skylight ripped off, Nick took a call in the middle of the night and came to repair it as soon as there was an opening in the storm and saved us from having water damage.
