"Larry Mohr was one of the several people to offer a bid on the work I needed on my pool cage, new seven inch gutters, fascia and pool deck. He not only offered me a very competitive price he also offered his friendship whether he did the work or not. I have never been as impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from anyone else that I have hired to do anything. When I need any work done on my house in the future I will save a lot of time by calling my friend Larry because I am very sure that I could never find anyone that I rather have in my home. I'm sure that I will see him again long before I require his services in any professional capacity... If you have any questions please feel free to call Larry and let him set up a call. I will be happy to speak to you myself.... Thank You, Charlie"

Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
