"The project is not complete yet due to the weather (my bad in waiting too long to get started) but so far this is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They obviously care a LOT about the quality of their work. What has been done thus far is excellent and they have a plan in place for steps to take to get the project completed as soon as weather permits. Not the cheapest bid but the difference in quality is well worth it to me -- I'll end up with a long-lasting attractive deck rather than one that continues to deteriorate and fail which would have been the result if the cheaper bids' shortcuts had been taken instead.
