"We hired Mastercraft Remodeling to renovate two of our bathrooms a few months ago, and were so pleased with the way everything came together. We wanted a very different design and our contractor was able to achieve beautiful results. The owner selected excellent tradesmen that took our design to the next level, from tile to plumbing. I highly recommend hiring Jake at Mastercraft to anyone looking for a reliable, honest contractor. Many thanks"

"The true treasure of the experience was the carpenter, Balint, who was a very detail oriented craftsman. He worked long days, cleaned up space beautifully each day, communicated daily with us regarding the project. The electricians, Vince and Joe, were thorough and complete with all of their work. The project manager, Pete, stayed in touch regularly to complete the renovation on time."

Addition to Existing Structure - Build, Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms, Remodels
"Dennis is one of the rare contractors who when he says he will be there at 7:30 AM, he shows up at 7:25 AM. And then when he does show up, he does terrific work. I had him take out a load bearing wall and install a micro-lam beam. Excellent work and left my place clean like he hadn’t even been there. I was so happy with his work I had him come back and install my new kitchen cabinets. Again, superb work and impressive crown molding work. Highly recommended and would absolutely use him again. Thanks, Dennis for a job well done."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
