We purchased our home that was built in '82 and over the years the insulation had deteriorated and rodent debris had accumulated. Within 5 minutes of looking at our attic, Sean had a plan including removal, cleaning, replacing non-working vent fans with solar fans, sealing the gaps in wall spaces, and adding a layer of radiant barrier to the tops of some ducts close to the roof pitch to help keep the air they delivered cooler. They started on-time, delivered on schedule, and there was a noticeable improvement in air temperature and cooling the very first night! "Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
