Air Duct Cleaning, chimney sweeping and caps and repair, bathroom fan vent, and stove vent cleaning , and 2 more
"We hired Arizona Vent Cleaners to get our gas fireplace working (we purchased the home a couple of years ago, and it only worked intermittently). The price quoted was very reasonable, so we decided to hire them for our home's vent system. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the price and outcome of both services! Our gas fireplace runs and looks like new. And our home smells so fresh, with sparkling clean vents.. Del, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. The technicians that came to do the work (Kiko and Rey) were both very friendly, professional, courteous and meticulous. They left everything cleaner than when they found it. I would highly recommend Arizona Vent Cleaners!"

"Steven is an all around nice guy to work with, his knowledge is abundant! He quoted the job, set a start date, showed up on time, and completed the job on time. He patched the failing drywall seams, and painted the ceilings. We will be contacting him for our water heater next month! Thank you Smith Services!!"

Air Conditioning Service, Indoor Air Quality, Duct Cleaning , and 2 more
"Jonathan, Juan and Ricardo worked on replacing two large air conditioning units and two heating units. Dale and his son worked on replacing our water heater. All the work was done in less than a day. They were all knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. They did a great job installing the equipment, having a great deal of equipment and packaging removed and going the extra mile by sweeping up all areas in which they worked. I highly recommend this company."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
