Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. We will certainly call him again when the next problem arises."

"Eddie is a total professional. Came for estimate AND job exactly when he said he world (Astonishing....) Did a beautiful job of cleaning and applying a new color seal. Also removed tile in shower stall to replace rotten wood and blueboard with new cement board. I didn't know such a result was possible without putting down a whole new tile floor or wall. Courteous, pride in work. Eddie has old school values, and is a master of this type of tile work. Great guy, great job. Highly recommend."

The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new!
