"Albert and his colleague arrived within an hour of my call to address a non-functioning AC. Albert provided quotes to repair the existing system, as well as for two replacement options. The system was 22 years old and had been having problems off and on for several years, so we opted for the mid-level replacement. The install was completed within two days of making the decision to replace and signing the contract. Albert performed a temporary fix to get the system working while we awaited the install, which our family really appreciated. When I told Albert I would wait to make a decision while I got estimates from other companies, he was understanding and there was no pressure. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work."

Air Master Heating's expert, Ken, laughed out loud about that. He said that it would be no problem. He did calculations and we solved the problem with a high efficiency unit. Ken was the estimator and led the installation team. Everyone on the team was hardworking and respectful. They installed the system, cleaned up well and were a pleasure to have in our home.
