Project Location: Stamford, CT Date: 01/27/24Project Description: Repair an existing deckComment: My current deck is rotting, the railing and some boards are failing, and I looking to compare fixing the failing parts vs. replacing the entire deck. The framing may be salvageable. The current deck has a hatch that leads to the basement and that would have to carry over into any new deck. The deck I have now is roughly 15 x 21 with a small angled cutout which makes it not a rectangle. I am still in the budgeting phase.
