David , the service manager, provided a comprehensive quote without having to do an on-site. I had a few questions about the replacement model and whether they had a veteran or military discount, and David responded immediately. On the day of the install, the technicians communicated their arrival time in advance and actually arrived on time. They inspected the space, asked a few questions and communicated the entire process, including how long it would take. They finished well within their estimated time and walked me through the new system and left the space cleaner than when they got there. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend them for water heater replacement."
