They called when they were on their way and actually arrived early which is generally unheard of. I was pleasantly surprised. What I thought was a small plumbing issue was in reality a much bigger problem. Jair ended up having to replace my toilets since the parts needed are no longer made/readily available. He also completed a couple other small tasks for me (electrical, etc). Even with all the extra work the total cost was still less than my usual plumber quoted for the small repair.
