She reviewed some of the packages with me over the phone, and we were both felt that the three-stage package, which includes a 32,000 grain water softener, a reverse osmosis system, and a carbon filter system would suit my needs. Mrs. Lozano arranged to come to my home the next day after our initial phone call. She arrived dressed professionally and quickly performed a quick water test to determine the level of hardness. After testing my water, she got straight to the point and went over a few package options with me based on my needs and budget. We decided the three-stage system we discussed over the phone would be great for my needs. Mrs. Lozano did not push any more expensive packages on me, and I did not feel pressured to buy more than what I needed. This is a family owned and operated business, so there are no aggressive salespeople. The price quoted included equipment and installation, including any minor drilling needed for the reverse osmosis system. Mrs. Lozano even went over post-installation maintenance and instructions with me. I was able to continue working from home during the installation process. Once the installation was complete, Hugo showed me how to maintain and operate my new system. The water immediately felt lighter and softer, and the reverse osmosis system made my tap water taste just as clean and pure as bottled water. The company even offers a service where they will go to the store, pick up the salt bags, and deposit the salt bags in the system for only the price of the salt bags.
