"Kri and his team, Luis particularly, were fantastic to work with! I would work with them again absolutely. Kri was first to respond to my inquiry to remodel my kitchen and bathroom and so amenable to my questions throughout the process. From the initial visit it was clear he was knowledgeable but also open to my ideas, though I am not super well versed in home renovation. He then proposed a detailed quote that allowed me to understand the intricacies of the pricing, important when you're on a budget and knowing where you can cut or DIY, such as purchasing materials/hardware myself, which Kri worked with me to do. On the demo/installation days, Kri showed up to supervise the work and ensure all was adequately on track with the team, even if not doing the tasks himself. When there were obstacles he kept me up to date on solutions and pricing. His team worked quickly too! Plus he was willing to come back and assist in ensuring everything was working optimally even after the job was "completed". I am so grateful this was a smooth process, it makes the kitchen and bathroom that much more enjoyable to spend time in each day."
