"Having Angilito as our project manager was a true blessing. Our home remodeling project had been meticulously planned for a long time. We were inspired by the beautiful results of Homescapes Design and Construction's work on our close friend's home addition. During a walk-through of their project, we had the pleasure of meeting Angilito, who was their project manager at the time. It was an instant connection, and we knew right then and there that we wanted to collaborate with Angilito and Homescapes Design and Construction. We entrusted them with our entire project, including design and architecture services. Our remodel involved structural changes, for which Jamie, the company's architect, provided invaluable assistance. From planning to the permit stage, the process went smoothly, despite challenges in communication with the city. Thanks to the team at Homescapes Design and Construction, everything stayed on schedule. Angilito proved to be an exceptional asset, displaying patience and firmness in dealings with vendors and remodeling professionals. He attended to every intricate detail, ensuring that the project progressed according to plan. "We were very impressed with the quality of the work performed on the installation of a new HVAC system at our home and by the professional demeanor of the entire team from start to finish. We were looking for a reputable and reasonably priced company to replace our old HVAC system. Ernie reached out in a matter of minutes and scheduled an appointment the next day which happened to be a Sunday. He was prompt, seemed knowledgeable and honest. He immediately gained our trust. He identified a good replacement that met our needs and worked within our budget, The work was performed as promised. They ended up having to do additional work to fit the new unit and did not charge us extra. In my opinion, honesty and work ethic are very important attributes in any profession and. that's what differentiates people.
