"My refrigerator leaked and damaged the sub-floor. I was advised through my home insurance to hire a contractor on my own so Jocelyn was one of 3 contractors I interviewed. I went with my gut feeling, we just communicated and she listened to me and told me every step that I would have to go through before the actual laying of new flooring. She recommended I get a person to confirm no mold issue was there, she helped me by coordinating this first step. Then the second step was the replacement of the sub-floor and reconstruct the cabinets (they got wet too) then the new floors were installed. I am so happy with the results and I recommend her services if you are looking for new flooring."

"Ron from Home Depot was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me some great tips for future references. He called to confirm he could come out sooner than appt. time . He had thorough answers to all of my questions and the cost was fair. I would highly recommend."

About us: "Ridan Flooring is a commercial flooring firm dedicated to serving professional real estate managers, general contractors and commercial designers. Our process starts with product specification and ends with quality installation. We believe a competitive bid process should bring you and your end-user the greatest value, in addition to the lowest price. All benefits of value engineering and advantageous price negotiation are passed on to our clients, not to our bottom line. We consider a project a success if we have made it easy for our clients and partners. The largest single contributing factor to that success is our clients are always dealing with an owner. Because of that, we have more on the line everyday; we have a reputation to protect, we have a legacy to continue, we have a future to build. We pride ourselves on streamlined communication, professionalism, prompt and courteous service, responsiveness and accountability."
