Together, we avoided HWH replacement, and arrived at a very thorough cleansing of the equipment, which was an accurate solution, and gave the heater a deserved second chance. We noted together the lack of water pressure in the kitchen faucet, and he changed out the old one for a new one I had waiting in my garage. Water pressure and heater performance is now excellent.
