"Bruce was very prompt to respond to the inquiry. He was friendly, professional and seemed very homest. His diagnostic skills were appreciated as they saved time and money. He was able to pinpoint the problem (clogged drain) quickly and accurately without lengthy and costly trial and error. Employees from the sewer company thought the belched up dirt and sand found in our shower was coming from the sewer pipe clogged by roots going to the street. Quickyl he found it was internal and where the clog was occuring. He cleaned up completely. We will certainly call him again for any plumbing needs."
