Great communication via text (Katie) and email about appointment and arrival time. Excellent customer service with personal desire to know the customer and meet the needs. My carpeting smells, looks, and feels fresh. The dirt has been removed from traffic path! Aaron even left me a couple of air fresheners for my vehicles.
