"Gustavo knows how to stain wood to perfection, and he s a very precise painter. He stained our 10x10, second story deck and a wood gate. I was worried stain might get splashed on the house, window, etc., but he taped, used drop cloths, and painted very neatly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He took a day to clean and prep the deck, then waited a day to let it dry. Then he did the staining in one day. He arrived when he said he would, cleaned up the site afterward, and was very courteous. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional. We will keep him in mind for any future painting/staining projects."

"Our house was painted over 20 years ago. While the stucco is still in tact, the facia was showing age and wear. We heard from a friend that Genuine Coatings was in the area painting houses. Thought weâ d get a quote to address facia deterioration. During consultation Mario Alleano, owner of Genuine Coatings (GC), suggested we (two friends and I) take a look at a couple houses his crew recently painted in the area. He actually arranged for us to tour one property and talk with the homeowner who praised the quality of workmanship clearly visible and professionalism of GC staff (always on time; courteous and friendly; left the job site clutter-free; met the projected date of completion). We each requested a quote for full house repair and paint. After vetting three other painting companies we determined GC reasonably priced and able to work with our individual schedules.
